WINTER IS COMING, SO TRY TO AVOID STUFF THAT WEAKENS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM, OK?

OXYGEN DEPRIVATION
Oxygen destroys viruses and disease-causing organisms, so try to re-oxygenate your entire system several times a day, with 3 minutes of slow, uninterrupted, deep-breathing-in-and-out, after which you'll feel a health-promoting warmth flowing through your entire body.

WATER DEPRIVATION
Most people - especially males - exist in a perpetual state of dehydration which compromises their immune system. To avoid this, drink 2 quarts of water every single day. This will also keep your stomach, your bladder, your prostate, and the entire rest of your body, from getting clogged-up with all kinds of nasty impurities.

PARASITES AND FUNGUS ORGANISMS
These nasty creepozoids can be easily eradicated by freezing your meat and/or fish overnight.....regularly adding some raw garlic, raw scraped ginger, pumpkin seeds, and fresh pineapple, to your salad, and never using your microwave for anything except to boil water, because it does not kill parasites, bacteria, and other health-destroying pathogens.

SLEEP AND REST DEPRIVATION
Lack of these 2, will destroy your immune system faster than just about anything else, so give your body lots of time to quietly renew itself, OK? Also: check the salt you use. If it does NOT contain iodine, throw it out and buy a different brand that DOES contain iodine, because this stuff is essential for too many health concerns to mention.
